Management system for ready-mix concrete plants

Every cubic metre and every soʻm, under your control

From the order to the mixer's fuel, from the raw material warehouse to the general ledger: one system. Instead of notebooks and Excel, every department works on its own screen, and sellers, drivers and clients work from their phones. The director sees where the money is, right now.

Where a plant loses money

These happen at every concrete plant. You don't see them because paper can't catch them. But at the end of the month their sum leaves your profit.

Fuel

How far the mixer drove, how much fuel it took and at which station: nobody knows for sure.

Every filling is tied to a driver, a truck and a trip. Settlements with fuel stations run automatically.

Moisture

Ignore the moisture of sand and gravel and every cubic metre eats extra cement.

The lab enters moisture, the recipe is adjusted for the batch automatically.

Client debt

Who owes what, when they paid, which order is still open: it stays in a notebook.

A settlement ledger per client, payment allocation and seller monitoring.

Pump and extra haulage

Pump service, long distance, waiting time: often never reach the invoice.

Tariff zones, pump jobs and extra haulage are added to the order automatically.

Raw material intake

The weighbridge slip at the gate, the warehouse notebook and the supplier's invoice never match.

Gate weighbridge intake becomes a raw-material warehouse batch; the supplier balance updates at once.

Finished goods

How much finished product is in stock, how much was sold, how much went out on 'pay later': unclear.

A finished-goods warehouse with intake and issue; every sale is written straight to the client's ledger.

With Foundit ERP this list closes: you can see where every soʻm came from and where it went.

The usual way and Foundit ERP

The plant keeps working the same way. The difference is what stays on paper and what shows up in the system.

Every department, one system

Even the person who fears computers can use it

The system is written for plant people: the dispatcher, the cashier, the operator, the driver. An older employee works from day one.

  • One screen per role

The operator sees only the queue. The cashier only the cash desk. No extra menus, nowhere to get lost.

  • Big buttons, in Uzbek

Every button says what it does: Confirm, Unloaded, Take payment. No English required.

  • A phone and Telegram are enough

Drivers, foremen and sellers never sit at a computer. They use what they already have: their own phone.

  • One day of training, ongoing support

We train each department at its own workplace. When a question comes up, one Telegram message gets an answer.

Built so mistakes cannot happen: the system shows what is missing and will not let a wrong action through.

Three mobile apps

The plant works outside the office too. The seller on site, the driver on the road, the client on their own phone: everything is written to one system.

Telegram for everyone connected to the plant

The system ships with three bots and a Mini App. Foremen and job candidates never log in; they work in Telegram.

Cashback Mini App for foremen

Points for every order, a rewards catalogue, purchase history. A reason for the foreman to choose your plant.

Notifications

Order confirmed, mixer dispatched, payment received: the right person hears at once.

HR bot

Vacancy posts, application questions, chat with the candidate and the office pin on a map.

Telephony

Asterisk PBX integration: a client's call is routed to their own seller.

How the rollout goes

We don't stop the plant. Departments move one by one while the old system keeps running in parallel.

  1. 1

    Audit

    1–2 days

We come to the plant, document the process from order to payment and show where money is leaking.

  2. 2

    Setup

    1 week

Branches, departments, roles, concrete grades, recipes, tariffs and the chart of accounts.

  3. 3

    Departments move

    2–4 weeks

Sales and operator first, then logistics, warehouses and lab, finance last. Training for each department.

  4. 4

    Support

    ongoing

We close the first month with you. After that: updates and support over Telegram.

Pricing

The price depends on plant volume and the number of departments. After the audit you get an exact quote, with no hidden fees.

  • One-time implementation + monthly subscription
  • Unlimited users
  • Data on a server in Uzbekistan, daily backups
  • Code changes tailored to your plant's process

Frequently asked questions

We have 1C. Why replace it?

You don't have to. Foundit ERP is the operational system: orders, production, logistics, warehouses. Excel exports for accounting load into 1C. Many plants move finance over later, because the general ledger is already here.

Our drivers and operator don't use computers.

They don't need to. The driver app is for the phone, and the operator screen is one list: next order and recipe. Foremen live in Telegram.

Where is the data stored?

On a server in your name (Uzbekistan or a location of your choice). Daily backups, HTTPS, role-based access, every action in the audit log.

We have several plants.

The system is multi-branch: company → branch → department → position. Reports come per branch and consolidated.

What language is the system in?

The interface is in Uzbek. Russian and English are added on request.

How long does the rollout take?

3–5 weeks for a typical plant. Sales and the operator start working in the first week.
